Our LED Neon supports both Front Bend (Top Bend) and Side Bend, and each direction follows a minimum inner bending radius of Ø30 mm, as shown in the diagrams.
Used for vertical bending with the light surface facing forward.
A minimum inner radius of 30 mm is required to protect the LEDs, PCB, and silicone body.
Used for horizontal bending along the installation surface.
The bending radius should also be no tighter than 30 mm to maintain structural integrity and uniform lighting.
Installation Note:
For sharper corners, we recommend cutting the neon and using corner connectors rather than forcing a tighter bend.
