What is the lifetime and warranty period of your LED strips?

Our LED strips are designed with high-quality LEDs and premium PCB materials, offering a typical lifespan of 50,000 hours under standard operating conditions.
We provide a 3–5 year warranty depending on the product series and application environment. Customized extended warranties are also available for commercial projects.

How do you ensure consistent color temperature across all production batches?

We maintain color consistency through:

Strict LED binning control (≤ 3-step or 2-step MacAdam tolerance)
Automated optical inspection (AOI) for every production batch
Batch-to-batch color calibration with spectrometers
Same-bin LED stocking strategy to avoid mixing differences
These processes ensure minimal variation and uniform color temperature across all shipments.

What is the CRI (Color Rendering Index) of your LED strips?

CRI ≥ 90 for general applications
CRI ≥ 95 / 98 (turbo high-CRI options) for photography, retail, hospitality, and architectural lighting

What is the maximum run length for your LED strips without voltage drop?

Maximum continuous running length varies by voltage and model:

12V strips: typically 3–5 meters
24V strips: typically 5–10 meters
48V strips: up to 15–20 meters

To prevent voltage drop, we recommend:

powering from both ends,
using parallel connections,
or upgrading to constant-current LED strip designs for long-run applications.
